Original Setup
The original brewing setup was very simple and basic.
I steeped grains in the small pot, then strained them into the large pot
along with malt extract and hops. I boiled everything on the wonderful
gas stove.
After boiling, I placed the large pot in the sink
and surround it with ice water. About 45 minutes later, I transfered
to the fermentor and pitch the yeast.
Fermentation takes place in the car port storage
area.
